This arrived in a million different pieces and it looked like a nightmare to put together but it was not as bad as I thought. Kidcraft keeps it simple and it is made of nice wood and is pretty large although not as big as I thought. The mesh cover it comes with is worthless since it is like a net, had to buy a tarp. I would highly recommend though since this is durable and has storage bins and is large enough for 4 kids. 15 bags of play sand to fill!

We did a lot of research before deciding on this product. We've had it about 2 months now and it is already showing signs of warping. There is a greenish color around the nots of the wood on the seating section of the sandbox. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me replacement parts but there is a Maintenance section that says you HAVE to STAIN the box with an oil based sealant.

bought this for our Grand-daughter's 3rd birthday....she loves it and is in it all the time. Happy with the over all product although is is much smaller then I thought it would be. Even though the size is stated it seems alot smaller then in the picture. Either way she loves it so Im happy...just wish it was a bit larger.
